If you decide not to fly, you can cancel your existing booking quickly and easily by logging into your Airportr account, selecting 'View booking' and then 'Edit'. Cancellations are free-of-charge up to three hours before the start of your scheduled collection slot.
Amendments to your flight details (changes to your flight number or departure date) cannot be made once your booking has been confirmed. However you do have the option of cancelling your existing booking (free of charge), and rebooking using your updated flight information, up to three hours before your scheduled collection slot.
