We haven't collected your bags yet
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 2 hours before the start of you scheduled collection slot. You can do this by going to Manage Booking, selecting your booking and going to "Cancel booking" at the bottom of the page.
If the cut off time has passed and you can no longer cancel your booking, get in touch with Customer Support.
Please note you can't amend the flight on your booking, so if you wish to change it to a new flight you'll need to cancel and re-book.
We've already collected your bags
Get in touch with Customer Support as soon as possible. We'll then work with our logisitcs partner to get your bags back to you.
Your bags have been handed over to the airline
If you've received confirmation that we've handed your bags over to your airline ready for the flight, you'll need to speak them directly to get your bags back as we cannot intervene at this point.
