How do I cancel and refund my booking?

You can cancel and refund your booking for free, up to two hours before the start of your scheduled collection slot. 

Simply log-in to your Airportr account, select 'View booking', then 'Edit', and follow the on-screen instructions. 

Upon expiration of the two hour cut off period, you shall be charged the full cost of your order to cover the booking slot reservation and driver call out.
