Remember that our drivers can arrive at anytime within your scheduled collection slot. You’ll receive an SMS update when we’re approximately 15 minutes from your location, and again when we have arrived.
In the unlikely event that your driver has not arrived at your pick-up address within your scheduled collection slot, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Getting in touch with your driver
Should you wish to get in touch with your driver on the day of collection you may do so via the contact points below.
Flying from London Gatwick or Heathrow:
You can reach out to our dedicated driver team directly by e-mailing airportr@atasameday.co.uk Someone will get back to you within a 15 minutes during collection hours.
Everywhere else:
Reach out to the Airportr Customer Support team who will contact the driver team on your behalf.
