In order to check-in your bags with the airline, AirPortr needs to validate your boarding pass when we collect your bags. If you're unable to access your boarding pass, unfortunately we won't be able to service your booking on this occasion.
There's more than two hours until the start of my collection slot. What should I do?
- As set out in our terms & conditions, you are entitled to a full refund. Please click here at least two hours before your collection slot to view your booking, and follow the on-site instructions to cancel and fully refund it.
There's less than two hours until the start of my collection slot. What should I do?
- Please contact our Customer Services team who will do what they can to assist you. We're sorry we can't help you travel stress-free on this occasion. We're working closely with our airline partners to find alternative solutions for when airlines are unable to issue boarding passes online.
