We seal your bags when we collect them, and that seal must remain intact whilst your bags are in our custody. Therefore it is not possible for us to interfere with your bags in any way prior to checking them in with your airline.
If we haven’t yet checked-in the bags with your airline, and if it is essential for you to open or modify the contents of your bag, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We will repatriate the bags to you, but you will then need to check-in the bags yourself, and you will be liable for repatriation fees as set out in our terms & conditions.
If we have already checked-in the bags with your airline, you will need to speak with the airline directly as the bags are now in their custody.
