Our drivers are extremely scrupulous when it comes to the handling of your belongings, and we take every care to ensure your bags are handled with the respect they deserve.
It is therefore extremely unlikely that any damage will be suffered whilst in our care.
We photograph every bag both at the point of collection, and again before they’re checked-in and handed-over to your airline, to verify the condition of your bags when they come into our care, and leave it.
If you believe your bags were damaged during the trip, please contact our support team at support@airportr.com - and they will work with you and your airline to establish what happened, and any liability.
