Our drivers handle all luggage with extreme care. We collect a small amount of bags per route, meaning our vans are not overfilled and suitcases are not stacked too high to prevent any possible damage.
We take photos of your bags when we collect, and again once they're checked in to verify the condition of your bags whilst in our care.
In the very rare case that there is any damage before we hand your bags over to the airline, we take further photos and get in touch with you to let you know.
So if when you've arrived at your destination and there is damage to your bag, this is likely to have happened when they went into the baggage system, after we've handed your bags over to your airline.
We therefore recommend reaching out to your airline directly for further support.
