In the unlikely event that we have an operational issue checking-in your bags, they will be ‘reassigned’. This means we won’t be able to check-in your bags on this occasion.
Instead, a member of our team will meet you at a convenient place and time in the Departures hall to hand you back your bags, and you will need to check them in yourself.
