When we check-in your bags with the airline, we send you proof that the bags were successfully checked-in with the airline, for your flight, via digital airline baggage receipts. These are sent to you via email and SMS.
If the bags fail to appear on the arrivals carousel in-destination, this means the bags were mishandled by your airline. You will need to report the missing bags to your airline’s lost & delayed baggage desk in the normal way, and they will seek to repatriate your bags to you in line with their normal procedures.
Whilst very unfortunate, this is an airline issue - and therefore Airportr is neither liable, nor are we able to assist you in these cases.
