If we can't find your bags on the carousel, this means they have been mishandled by your airline. We use the IATA tag information you provide when you check in your bags. We then scan the bags on the carousel to identify which bags are yours, so we can get them delivered.
If we cannot locate your bags and they aren't on the carousel, this means they have been mishandled by your airline. If this happens, we'll notify you straight away. You'll then need to complete a lost bag report, so the airline can locate your bags.
Whilst very unfortunate, this is an airline issue - and therefore Airportr is neither liable, nor are we able to assist you in these cases.

If we cannot find your bags, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
