Our online booking engine will determine the range of collection slots available to you. These are based on a range of factors such as your location, airline, airport, and the time of your flight - and ensure we have enough time to safely collect, transport, and check-in your bags for your flight.
If you can’t see your preferred slot, it is probably because of one of these reasons:
- Collection address is from a hotel, in the local area to LHR. (Availability has been restricted)
- There isn’t enough time for us to get to your address
- There isn’t enough time between your preferred slot and your flight departure
- Online check-in for your airline won’t be available at that time, and you need to be checked-in when we arrive
