Customs have charged me, but I don't think I was over my allowance. What should I do?

AirPortr has no visibility or influence over the charges brought by Customs authorities. If you believe you were wrongly charged by the Customs authorities (and subsequently re-charged by AirPortr), you will need to broach this directly with the authorities. 

 

In the event that you are charged, AirPortr will provide a photo of the Customs receipt to you for your records.
