In order for our partner driver to collect your bags from the carousel and deliver them to your address, a customs declaration has to be completed. This is a requirement for the arriving country and we’re unable to collect bags without it.
How it works:
- The lead passenger (the person who made the booking) will be sent an e-mail asking to complete the e-declaration
- Login to your Airportr account and access your booking
- Add the full names of all passengers travelling, including the number of bags per each passenger
- A text message will be sent to the mobile number on the booking with a 6 digit code.
- Enter the 6 digit code in your booking to complete the e-declaration
Then next step will be upload your bag tags once you get to the airport. You can find out how to do this here.
