Unfortunately, delayed or lost bags do happen. This may result in us being unable to collect your bags from the carousel.
In the event this happens, we will let you know immediately via email, and you will need to contact your airline to file a lost or delayed baggage report:

Typically the airlines will repatriate the bags to you when they are located, but you will need to confirm this with your airline.
We've issued a refund to your payment card, which you can expect to receive in the next 5-10 days.
