• Select your airport and enter your postcode.

• Choose the service type (Departure, Arrival, or Door-to-Door).

For a precise price tailored to your specific journey:

1. Enter your flight details, including airline, departure and arrival airports, and departure date.

2. Specify the number of bags you wish to check in.

3. Provide your collection or delivery address.

4. Select your preferred time slot.

5. The system will display the exact price based on your inputs.​

4. Understand Time Slot Options

Airportr offers various time slots to suit your schedule:

• Super Saver Slots: 6-hour window with a 2-hour estimated time of delivery (ETD).

• Saver Slots: 3-hour window.

• Premium Slots: 1-hour window.​

Selecting a narrower time window may incur higher costs due to the increased scheduling precision.​

5. Consider Additional Charges

Be aware of potential extra fees:

• Oversized Items: Large or heavy items may attract additional charges.

• Excess Baggage: If your luggage exceeds airline allowances, Airportr will pay the fee on your behalf and charge your payment card accordingly.

• Amend Details: Change collection/delivery times or addresses.
