Airportr is a luggage collection and check-in service designed to simplify your travel experience. By handling your baggage from your doorstep to the airport check-in desk, Airportr allows you to travel hands-free and bypass traditional check-in queues. Additionally, with the Arrivals service, Airportr can collect your bags directly from your flight and deliver them to your final destination, letting you skip the baggage carousel altogether.
Understanding Airportr Services
Airportr currently offers two core services:
- Departure Service: Collection of your bags from your home, hotel, or office, followed by check-in with your airline.
- Arrival Service: Collection of your bags from the plane upon landing and delivery to your specified address.
Important: Airportr does not collect bags from the airport for departure services.
For departures, bags must be collected from a home, hotel, or office address within our service area.
For arrivals, Airportr can collect your bags from the plane and deliver them to you at your home, hotel or office address.

Complete your airline’s online check-in process:
If your flight departs in less than 24 hours, a printed or digital boarding pass is required at the time of collection.

If your collection is scheduled more than 24 hours before departure, and your airline is British Airways or SWISS, a passport alone is accepted (but only if online check-in has not yet opened).
⚠️ Important: You must still complete online check-in before Airportr hands your luggage to the airline — otherwise, the airline will refuse to accept your bags.
For all airlines, if your driver arrives after online check-in has opened, a boarding pass is required.
Ensure all passengers are present at the collection location. Not all passengers may need to be present — see Passenger Requirements for Baggage Collection for full details.
Have passports and boarding passes (if applicable) ready for verification.
Pack your luggage in accordance with your airline’s baggage policies.
Each item should not exceed 32kg, unless your airline specifies otherwise.

Booking with separate airline references
You can still book a single Airportr baggage collection even if your journey includes two separate airline booking references, provided that:
All passengers are travelling on the same date
All passengers are on the same flight
All baggage is being collected from the same address
If these conditions are met, one Airportr booking is sufficient to collect all baggage.
If passengers are travelling on different flights, dates, or from different collection addresses, separate Airportr bookings will be required.
Completing the Collection Process
On the day of collection:
A vetted Airportr driver will arrive at your chosen location during the selected time slot
The driver will verify your ID and boarding passes, seal your bags, and provide you with a digital receipt
Your bags will be transported securely to the airport and checked in with your airline
You will receive real-time updates via email and SMS, including a personalised tracking link to monitor your bags' status

Receiving Your Bags Upon Arrival
If you've booked the Arrival Service:

Bags will be cleared through customs if necessary
Delivery will be made to your specified address during your selected time slot
