Booking a Luggage Collection

To schedule a luggage collection:

Preparing for Collection

Before your scheduled collection:

• Complete your airline's online check-in process

• Ensure all passengers are present at the collection location

• Have your passports and boarding passes (printed or digital) ready for verification

• Pack your luggage in accordance with your airline's baggage policies, ensuring each item does not exceed 32kg

Completing the Collection Process

On the day of collection:

• A vetted Airportr driver will arrive at your chosen location during the selected time slot

• The driver will verify your ID and boarding passes, seal your bags, and provide you with a digital receipt

• Your bags will be transported securely to the airport and checked in with your airline

• You will receive real-time updates via email and SMS, including a personalised tracking link to monitor your bags' status
