Airportr’s Arrivals Service allows you to land at the airport and leave without collecting your luggage. Airportr collects your bags directly from the aircraft, clears them through customs (if applicable), and delivers them to your nominated address. This guide explains the full process.
1. Book the Arrivals Service
To schedule a baggage delivery on arrival:

Visit airportr.com.

Select the Arrivals Service option.

Enter your flight number, arrival airport, and delivery address.

Choose a delivery time slot and complete your payment.

Upload required travel documents, including bag tag numbers if requested.
You will receive a booking confirmation email with detailed instructions.
2. Before Your Flight
To prepare for the Arrivals Service:

Ensure your luggage is correctly tagged with airline-issued baggage tags.

Retain your airline-issued bag tag receipts — these may need to be uploaded.

Complete any required customs declarations if arriving from a non-domestic location.
You do not need to collect your bags from the baggage carousel — Airportr handles this for you.
3. Upon Landing
After your flight lands:

Disembark the aircraft as usual.

Do not proceed to baggage reclaim.

Proceed through passport control and exit the airport.
Airportr collects your luggage from the carousel based on your airline’s bag tag information.
4. Customs Clearance (If Applicable)
If you are arriving from outside the customs area:

Airportr will clear your bags through customs on your behalf.

You may need to upload a simple declaration form before your flight.

Additional duties or charges (rare) will be discussed with you before delivery, if necessary.
Customs clearance may add slight delays, but Airportr will keep you updated.
5. Track Your Bag Delivery
Once Airportr has collected your bags:

You will receive a real-time tracking link via SMS and email.

Updates will show the status of your luggage as it is prepared and sent for delivery.

You will receive another update once your luggage is en route to your delivery address.
Deliveries occur within the time window selected during booking.
6. Receive Your Bags at Your Address
At the scheduled delivery time:

Airportr will deliver your bags to the address you provided.

Someone must be present to receive the luggage unless you have given prior authorisation for unattended delivery.

You will be asked to confirm receipt via a digital handover.
Keep your phone handy to receive any final delivery updates.
