Keeping track of your bookings helps you manage your travel plans and stay organised. This guide explains how to view your past and upcoming bookings through your Airportr account, and how to retrieve your booking details if needed.
How to Access Your Booking History

Visit the Airportr website.

Click Sign In (top-right).

Enter your registered email and password.
If needed, use Forgot Password to reset.
Navigating to Your Bookings
Once signed in:

Go to My Account
-
Select My Bookings
This will show all bookings linked to your account.
Understanding Your Booking List
For each booking, you’ll see:

Booking reference
-
Service type (e.g., Bag Check-In, Home Pick-Up)
-
Collection and delivery details
-
Booking status (e.g., Completed, Cancelled, Upcoming)
-
Service date
Select any booking to view full details.
Viewing or Retrieving Your Booking Details
If you need to view your booking information or obtain a copy of your confirmation:

Search your email inbox for your booking confirmation email (sent at the time of booking).

Or resend the confirmation from your account:

Open the booking in My Bookings
-
Scroll to the bottom
-
Click Resend Booking Confirmation Email

This sends a fresh copy to the email linked to your account.
Managing Upcoming Bookings
For active bookings, you may be able to:

View or confirm collection & delivery details

Update contact or address information (where permitted)

Cancel (subject to Airportr’s cancellation policy)
Options vary depending on airline and booking type.
If a Booking Is Missing

Ensure you're logged into the correct email account

Search your inbox for the confirmation email
