Airportr allows you to update or cancel your booking if your travel plans change. This guide explains how to make modifications, how cancellations work, and what to expect with any charges or refunds.
1. Modify a Booking
You can modify your booking online before your collection or delivery window begins.
Changes You Can Make
Update the number of bags
Change the collection or delivery address (within service area)
Amend passenger details
Reschedule the collection or delivery time slot
How to Modify
Go to airportr.com
Select Manage Booking (desktop) or Log in (mobile)
Enter your email address to access your booking
Make the required updates
Review any price changes and complete payment if needed
Important
Modifications must be made before the cut-off time shown in your booking confirmation.
If it’s too close to your booked service time, some changes may not be possible online.
In some cases, an administration fee may apply to amendments made within 24 hours of the start time of your collection window for Departure services, or within 24 hours of your flight departure time for Arrival services.
Adding Extra Bags at Collection
If you need to add extra bags when the agent arrives:
Let the agent know during pickup
The bag(s) will be added to your booking
Your saved payment method will be charged automatically
A Doorstep Baggage Amendment Fee (£/€/CHF 10) applies in addition to standard extra bag charges.
2. Cancel a Booking
You can cancel your booking if your plans change, subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 12 hours before your booked collection time (Departure Services) or
12 hours before your flight arrival time (Arrival Services).
Refund options vary depending on your selected plan.
Reduced or no refund may apply within 12 hours of the above cut-off.

Go to airportr.com
Select Manage Booking / Log in
Choose the booking you wish to cancel
Follow the prompts to confirm
Where eligible, refunds are automatically returned to your original payment method.
Flight Changes
If your flight changes, you may:
Amend your booking (if the new flight remains eligible), or
Cancel and rebook with updated travel information
Standard cancellation policies apply.
3. Understanding Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply when:
Adding extra bags
Changing to a new address outside the originally selected service area
Refunds for reducing bag numbers are issued according to our refund policy.
A Doorstep Baggage Amendment Fee (£/€/CHF 10) applies when adding bags at the doorstep.
Please review the final price before confirming any changes.
4. After You Update or Cancel
You will receive an updated confirmation email summarising your changes
All updates can be viewed anytime under My Bookings in your account
Any requested documents (e.g., arrival service bag photos) can still be uploaded if needed
