Airportr allows you to easily update or cancel your booking if your travel plans change. This guide outlines how to make modifications or cancellations, what to expect regarding charges or refunds, and how to manage your booking after confirmation.
1. Modify a Booking
You can modify your booking online before your scheduled collection or delivery time.

Change the collection or delivery address (subject to service area coverage).

Reschedule the collection or delivery time slot.
How to Modify

Go to airportr.com.

Log in to your account using your booking reference and email address.

Select the booking you wish to amend.

Make the necessary changes.

Confirm any price adjustments (if applicable) and complete payment if required.
Important:
Modifications must be made before the cut-off time shown in your booking confirmation email (typically several hours before collection or delivery).
2. Cancel a Booking
You can cancel your booking if your plans change, subject to Airportr’s cancellation policy.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable.

Partial Refund: In certain circumstances (such as missed collections due to airline cancellations), Airportr may offer partial refunds or credit.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed automatically back to the original payment method.
3. Understand Additional Charges
If you modify your booking:

Additional charges may apply if the new address is outside the original service area or if the number of bags increases.

4. Manage Your Booking After Modification
After modifying or cancelling your booking:

You will receive a new confirmation email summarising your changes.

All updates can be viewed under "My Bookings" when logged in to your Airportr account.
