Airportr's Refer a Friend scheme rewards eligible customers for referring new customers to Airportr.
When someone you refer uses your unique referral link to make their first Airportr booking, they'll receive 25% off. Once their first booking has been successfully fulfilled, you'll receive your own 25% discount code to use on a future Airportr booking.
This article explains who can take part, how referrals work, and when rewards are issued.
Who can take part?
You may be eligible to join the Refer a Friend scheme if you:
- Have successfully completed an Airportr booking.
- Have opted in to receive Airportr marketing communications.
If you're eligible, we'll email you your unique referral link.
Please note: The Refer a Friend scheme is currently available to eligible customers in the UK only.
How do I refer someone?
Your referral email contains a unique referral link that you can share with anyone who is new to Airportr via:
- SMS
When someone uses your referral link, they'll be prompted to create an Airportr account using their email address.
To qualify for the offer, the person you refer must be a new Airportr customer.
What does the person I refer receive?
After signing up using your referral link, they'll receive a unique 25% discount code to use on their first Airportr booking.
Please note:
- Discount codes remain valid until redeemed.
- Discount codes can only be used once per customer.
- Only one discount can be applied per booking.
When will I receive my reward?
You'll receive your 25% discount code once the person you referred has had their first Airportr booking successfully fulfilled.
A booking is considered successfully fulfilled once the service has been completed, for example when luggage has been collected and/or delivered.
We'll email you to confirm the referral was successful and include your discount code.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. You can refer as many eligible new customers as you'd like.
Do discount codes expire?
No. Discount codes remain valid until they're redeemed.
Can I use more than one discount code on a booking?
No. Only one discount can be applied per booking.
I haven't received my reward. What should I do?
Referral rewards are only issued after the referred customer's first booking has been successfully fulfilled.
